P.C. :­ The Petitioner challenges order passed by the Labour Court dated 17 December 2008 and the order passed by the Industrial Court dated 17 March 2012 rejecting the prayer for interim relief pending his complaint. It is informed that the Petitioner is now terminated from services and the complaint is pending.

In the circumstances, no order can be passed in this Petition. Same is accordingly disposed of. It is open to the Petitioner to make appropriate request to the Labour Court for early disposal of his complaint, which will be considered by the Labour Court as per the pendency of the matters before it.
