The prayer in the Petition is for deciding the proposal for grant of approval. We are informed that the proposal is pending. 3.

The Petitioner was appointed on 16th January, 2017 and the proposal for grant of approval was submitted to the Respondent No.2-Education Officer by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 30th January, 2020 and 25th January, 2021.

matter, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the said proposals if not already decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order.
