Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is the objection of learned AGP that against the impugned order there is a remedy of revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code' for short). The petitioners seek to avail of the alternate remedy. The petitioners are at a liberty to fle a revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Code. 3.

If the revision is fled within a period of two weeks from today, the revision shall not be dismissed only on the ground of limitation as the petitioners were bonafde pursuing the Petition in this Court.

To enable the petitioner to fle a revision and an appropriate application for stay, for a period of fours weeks from today the status quo granted by this Court vide order dated 20/1/2021 to continue. All contentions are kept open.
