On 3rd May, 2018, this Court (Coram: Smt. Anuja Prabhudesai, J.) stayed execution of the judgment and Award dated 29th August, 2017 passed by Member, M.A.C.T, Kolhapur in M.A.C.P No.640 of 2013. However, stay was granted for a limited period i.e till the next date of hearing.

Since the amount under Award with accrued interest has already been deposited by the applicant, stay shall continue to operate till disposal of the appeal.
