Considering the proposed amendment, the same is granted as it would avoid multiplicity of the proceedings. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents. The respondents are at liberty to file affidavit opposing the amended pleadings within a period of six weeks from today.
