The applicant has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian penal Code, by the learned Ad Hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Sessions Case No.224 of 2009. Aggrieved by his conviction, he has preferred Criminal Appeal No.1442 of 2011 which is pending before this Court. 2.

The applicant has preferred this application, for expediting the hearing of the appeal.

Looking to the fact that the appeal is of the year 2011 and the fact that the incident had occurred in the year 2009, we Page No.1 of 2
