Vide orders dated 8th April 2021, suo motu notices were issued to the applicant and the same were made returnable today. The Registry SQ Pathan 1/2

15-APPP-652-2019.doc was directed to number the same. It appears that Criminal Application No. 651/2019 and Suo Motu Applications are not listed on Board today. The Registry seeks clarification of para 8 of the orders passed in Criminal Application Nos. 652/2019 and 651/2019, inasmuch as, it is mentioned that both the notices be registered as Suo Motu Applications. Accordingly, para 8 of the said orders stand clarified, to read as under :

"8. Suo motu notice to be registered as Suo Motu Application and suo motu contempt notice to be registered as Suo Motu Civil Contempt Petition."

Orders dated 8th April 2021 stand corrected accordingly. Rest of the orders to remain as it is.

Registry to number the suo motu notice as Suo Motu Application and suo motu contempt notice as Suo Motu Civil Contempt Petition. The same are made returnable on 7th June 2021. To be listed along with Criminal Application Nos. 651/2019 and 652/2019. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
