Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by State of Maharashtra for extention of time to comply the order dated 9.4.2015.

The learned A.G.P. for the applicant submits that this Hon'ble Court by order dated 9.4.2015 in Civil Application No.1422 of 2015 directed applicant to deposit decreetal amount in the Trial Court within four weeks from today. He submits Mohite 1/2

15 cafst13847-15.doc that there was delay on the part of the applicant to comply the said order. He submits that they deposited entire decreetal amount in the Trial Court on 25.5.2015. He submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay on their part in complying the order dated 9.4.2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) The amount deposited by the applicant on 25.5.2015 as per order dated 9.4.2015 in Civil Application No.1422 of 2015 be treated within extended time.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
