We therefore dispose of the Petition by relegating the Petitioner to the alternate remedy available to him in law. 2] In the event there is delay in filing an appeal, the Petitioner would be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for the period during which he was prosecuting the present Petition.
