Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh bail application, if the trial is not concluded within period of four months.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Learned counsel for applicant further submits that the applicant is behind bar more than nine years, yet trial is not concluded.

It is the contention of learned APP that due to non cooperation of the applicant, trial is delayed. 6.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will file application before the trial court to appoint the advocate for the applicant through Legal Aid. Hence, Direction be given to the Trial Court to appoint counsel for the applicant through Legal Aid and expedite the trial.

If learned counsel for the applicant representing him here files any application to appoint advocate through Legal Aid for the applicant, the Trial Court shall consider it and considering the long incarceration of the applicant, the trial court is requested to expedite the trial.
