The Applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No.17 of 2023 registered at Pandharpur Rural police station for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 328, 420, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and sections 23(1), 26(1), 26(2)(ii), 3(1)(zz)(iv), 26(2)(v), 27(2)(d), 59, 3 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. 2.

By order dated 2 May 2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. Learned APP, under instructions from 1 / 2

Vina Khadpe 25-ABA-1300-2023.doc the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court states that the presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation. 3.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the detailed reasons recorded in order dated 2 May 2023, interim bail stands confirmed.

The Applicant to report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Application stands disposed of.
