Learned APP submits that she has received letter from jail Authority, Kolhapur Cental Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur that appellant has undergone the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge and he has been released from jail on 03.06.2022 hence this appeal has become infructous and requested to pass appropriate order. 3.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Appellant has been released from jail as he has undergone the sentence imposed on him hence 1/2
