DATE: JANUARY 11, 2023 P.C.:- 1] On instructions, Mr. Mankapure, learned Counsel for the Applicant does not press the Application as this Court is inclined to issue following clarification.

2] In the order dated 07/02/2019 while granting regular bail to the Applicant, this Court has recorded following undertaking:- "5. A statement is made by the learned senior counsel Shri Mundargi on instructions that till the conclusion of trial, the applicant shall not operate her nursing home/hospital or shall not influence any of the witnesses is accepted as an undertaking."

IA-2547-2021.doc 3] In view of the aforesaid undertaking, it is amply clear that Applicant cannot be permitted to operate her nursing home/hospital which is a place of occurrence of crime. However, this will not preclude her from practicing her profession in view of the permission granted by the competent authority, which was earlier under suspension at other hospitals.

4] It shall be open for the Applicant to move before the Trial Court for expediting the trial.
