Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions of Petitioner No. 1 made a motion for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

However, the Petitioners will be at liberty to apply to the competent Court for restoration of the possession of the area in the developed property to the extent of their area of tenancy rights as was claimed by them. If such claim is moved by the Petitioners, same be considered on its own merits.
