In view of undertaking dated 16th October, 2022 furnished by the applicant and the fact that the applicant has already deposited the arrears of Rs.2060/-. The present Revision Application stands disposed of in terms of undertaking as the applicant has already given undertaking to vacate the suit premises by 31st May, 2023. 2.

He has also assured that he shall maintain the suit premises in good condition and shall not create the third party right, title or interest or induct the third party in the suit premises. In view of the aforesaid undertaking, the statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court 3.

Non-applicant is at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant.
