Civil Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 98 days caused in preferring the Appeal. 2.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that as the Applicant is the ESI-Corporation certain sanctions and approvals are required before the appeal could be filed which has caused the delay of 98 days.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent would oppose the Application submitting that no proper explanation has been tendered for the delay.

Considering that the delay is of the 98 days which has been Shubham Talle 1 of
89-CAF-784-2015.doc properly explained in the paragraph no. 6 of the application, I am inclined to allow the application. The delay of 98 days stands condoned, the Application is allowed.
