The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation has been made to the Pandharpur Municipal Council in respect of Indraprastha Shopping Center. It is submitted that the Shopping Center is constructed in the year 1995. The open plots, parking places are also covered. At this stage we observe that the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedies with the local authorities. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
