Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C. No. 260 of 2016. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C. No. 260 of 2016.

In view of submission in regard to deposit of entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C. No. 260 of 2016, there is no impediment to grant stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C. No. 260 of 2016. There shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C. No. 260 of 2016.
