The parties shall appear before Ms. Shama Pawar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Malshiras Division, Akluj on 28th June, 2021 at 12.00 noon and make their submissions including written submissions qua the subject matter of the present writ petition. Respondent No. 1 shall thereafter pass appropriate orders within one week from the date of hearing.

It is clarified that the compensation shall not be disbursed for a period of three weeks from today. However, if the order passed by Respondent No. 1 goes against the Petitioner, the compensation shall not be disbursed for a period of one week from the date the Petitioner receives the copy of the order passed by Respondent SSP 1/2
