Record indicates that, subsequent to the filing of present Petition, Petitioner had also filed Criminal Writ Petition No.5458 of 2021. By an Order dated 14th November, 2022 the said Petition was disposed off by reserving the right of Petitioner to file a fresh application for parole leave.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
