(IN CHAMBER AT 2.45 P.M.) ORDER:

We do not find any error apparent in the order under review dated 7 February 2019. Even otherwise, no case for review is made out merely on the ground of show cause notices having been issued to the relatives of the Respondent who have already been issued caste validity certificates. It is noticed that despite opportunities being granted, no Affidavit-in-Reply had been filed by the Review Petitioners in Writ Petition. In the circumstances, the Review Petition is dismissed. It will be open for the Review Petitioners to apply for review after the caste validity certificates of the relatives of the Respondent are revoked in accordance with law.
