The proposal tendered by the institution for grant of Selection Grade pay scale has been turned down by the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur in view of the order dated 13rd May 2013 and being aggrieved thereby the petitioner has approached this Court. In the facts of this case, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to tender a detailed representation/appeal to the Director of Education setting forth his grievance with further direction to the Director of Education to take decision on such representation/appeal expeditiously. If the petitioner tenders appropriate representation/appeal setting out his grievance objecting to the order dated 13rd May 2013 issued by the Deputy Director Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

6-wp-7604-2017.doc of Education, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur within a period of six weeks from today, the Director of Education, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as the concerned institution, shall proceed to take decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of such representation/appeal.
