This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant seeking his enlargement on bail, was rejected on merits vide order dated 4th September, 2015, passed by this Court (Coram:Revati Mohite Dere, J.) in Bail Application No.1314 of 2015. The second bail application was also rejected on merits vide order dated 2nd February, 2017, passed by this Court (Coram:Revati Mohite Dere, J.) in Bail Application No.2109 of 2016.

It appears that the trial has commenced inasmuch as, charge is framed and 4 witnesses have been examined till date. 3.

Considering the fact that trial has commenced and 4 witnesses have been examined till date, it is not necessary to consider this application.

Accordingly, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such. However, since the trial has commenced, the learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
