Dated : 29 th June, 2015 This petition seeks review of the judgment and order dated 2722013 passed by this Court (Shri R.Y. Ganoo, J.) in Second Appeal No.1090 of 2012. Both the Courts below have dismissed the suit for redemption of mortgage and this is maintained by this Court in the second appeal. The Courts below have concurred in holding that it was a suit for partial redemption of mortgage and it was contrary to the provision of Section 60 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. If, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner/original appellant, the decision given by this Court is wrong, that by itself is not a ground to seek a review of the decision.
The review petition is dismissed.
