The Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.174 of 2023 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, District-Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A of the IPC. 2.

By order dated 03/05/2023 this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has been interrogated. Learned APP has placed on record report submitted by the Investigating Officer stating that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary.

In the light of the said statement as well as considering the reasons stated in order dated 03/05/2023 interim bail granted to the Applicant shall stand confirmed.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.
