Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for the first and third respondents. 2.

Learned AGP has tendered an affidavit of Smt.Shailesha Sharad Suryavanshi, Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Kolhapur. In the affidavit, it is stated that the applications made by the petitioner were decided vide order dated 10th October, 2014. A copy of the said order has been annexed to the said affidavit. An unconditional apology has been tendered for the delay in complying with the order of this Court dated 31st July, 2014. We accept the apology. By accepting the apology, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. We make it clear that it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10th October, 2014 in accordance with law. (A.K.
