For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the Applicants are permitted to amend the aforesaid C. R. A. No. 526 of 2016 and to bring on record the legal heir and the legal representative of the Respondent No. 6 ( deceased ) alongwith

CAC 385-2019.doc consequential amendment. Amendment to be carried out within ten days from today.
