The present Petition takes exception to order dated 25th February 2025 passed by Additional Collector, Solapur in RTS/Appeal No.157 of 2024.

The perusal of impugned order shows that Petitioners filed appeal before District Collector against order dated 30th August 2024 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Mhada, Division Kurduwadi in RTS/SR/No.8/2023. In that appeal, application was filed seeking stay to impugned order, however, learned Additional Collector Gaikwad RD 1/2
78-wp-5470-2025.doc refused to stay execution and implementation of order dated 30th August 2024 passed by Sub Divisional Officer. 4.
The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners submits that initially, while issuing notice, interim stay was granted, however, it was not continued, while passing impugned order. The learned Advocate appearing for Respondents informs that since there was no stay to order of Sub Divisional Officer, Mutation Entries are already effected.

In this background, without going into controversy and merits of contentions, Writ Petition stands disposed of as follows: i) The Additional Collector, Solapur shall endeavour to decide pending appeal within a period of six months months from today.
ii) Till disposal of appeal, interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 28th April 2025 shall remain in force. iii) All contentions are kept open.
