This Writ Petition pertains to disqualification under Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959 (For short, 'MVP Act'). Grampanchayat Dispute No.1 of 2020 was filed under Section 43 of MVP Act by Petitioner before Collector, Solapur alleging that Respondent No.1 have not submitted affidavit on stamp of Rs.100/-. The Collector rejected said application of Petitioner. It appears that term of election of Respondent No.1 is already expired. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in present Writ Petition. 2.
