After arguing the Bail Application for some time, Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. 2.

He states that the charge is framed on 20th January 2023 and, thereafter, there is no progress in the trial and not a single witness has been examined. He submits that the Applicant is incarcerated for more than one and a half year. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 9 months.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if there no substantial progress in the trial within a period of 9 months.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
