Mr. Aradhye, submitted that regular surveys are being conducted to identify illegal structures and encroachments, and that action is being taken by dedicated squads established for this purpose. 4.

In this view of the matter, as we find that the substantial compliance of the direction of this Court, no purpose will be served to keep pending the Contempt Petition.
