The present Writ Petition i.e Writ Petition No.1432 of 2024 can be disposed of by directing the Committee of the Finance Department to take decision on the proposal dated 10th June, 2024 (Exhibit - B) forwarded by the Deputy Secretary, Rural Development Department, Maharashtra State, to the President, Wage Error SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.12.09 10:17:43 +0530

Accordingly, we direct the Wage Error Redressal Committee of the Finance Department to take decision on the proposal dated 10th June, 2024 (Exhibit - B) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

We noticed that vide communication dated 24th February, 2025, a proposal has been submitted by the Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli to the Secretary of Rural Development Department fairly informing that all over Zilla Parishads' except Sangli Zilla Parishad have given beneits which Sangli Zilla Parishad has deprived the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, concerned Department to immediately take a decision on the communication dated 24th February, 2025 addressed by the Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.
