2) Record indicates that, the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Appellant was recorded in paragraph no.1. However, it has now been contended that, the said statement was not made and therefore it was incorrectly recorded in the said Order. It is also submitted that, even section mentioned therein is incorrect. 3) In view thereof, we are left with no other alternative than to recall Order dated 26th March, 2024 and is accordingly recalled. 4) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
