We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall be served by issuing necessary directions to the Respondent No. 2. We further direct that if the proposal is favourably considered and approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is granted, necessary steps for inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth System be taken without any further delay. 4.
