Perused the order dated 3rd March, 2021 passed by this Court, whereby the Applicant was directed to deposit entire amount of compensation with accrued interest within four weeks in the Court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pandharpur, in satisfaction of award in MACP No. 60/2013.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to some logistic issues, amount could not be deposited within the time, granted by this Court. He therefore prays that three weeks time may be granted to deposit the amount.

In consideration of the facts of the case and in view of the submission, the time to deposit the compensation amount is extended by three weeks from today.
