Mr. Walawalkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants on instruction, would submit that substantial part of the amount demanded by ESI Authorities by order passed under Section 45-A of the ESI Act has already been deposited and the deficit is of only Rs. 4,000/- which will be paid within a period of two weeks from today to the ESI Corporation. He would submit that as the demand has been satisfied, the First Appeal does not survive for consideration. 2.

In light of the above the First Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
