By this First Appeal, Appellants/claimants is challenging Judgment and Award dated 4.2.2016 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj, DistKolhapur, in LAR no.30/2008 holding that, appellants are entitled compensation at the rate of Rs.78,000/- per hector. Learned counsel for appellant submits that the reference Court failed to consider the evidence on record at the time of awarding compensation in respect of acquired land. He submits that they have good chance of success in present proceeding. 3.

advocate for appellant and impugned judgment and award, I am satisfed that appellant has made out case for following order.
a) Admit.
b) Printing dispensed with.
c) The Appellant is directed to fle private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
d) Registry is directed to call the record and proceeding immediately.
e)Learned advocate Mrs.Tanaya Goswami waives service for respondent.
