By order dated 13 September 2022 the District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai was requested to hear the parties and dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Application No.82 of 2022 within a period of three months. It appears that the District Judge-3 has requested for further extension of three months time for disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Application vide letter dated 29 December 2022.
