Ms. Vyas, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions of Mr. S. V. Dhapale, Dy. Commissioner of State Tax, Kolhaour, states that the Petitioner's application for issuance of duplicate 'F' Form will be decided and if found justified given, all will be done within the aggregate period of twelve weeks from 24th July, 2019. In view of the above statement made on behalf of the Revenue, Mr. Bapat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner withdraws the praecipe.
