The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that he is pressing for prayer clause (a) in the above Writ Petition, which reads thus : "(a) That this Honourable Court be pleased to issue writ mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order directing Planning Authority viz. the Respondent No.2, Nagar Panchayat, Kankavli, to decide the application which has been made by the Petitioners herein dated 2nd August, 2018 without being influenced by the Respondent No.91 dated 18th January, 2019 passed by the General Body of the Respondent No.2 Kankavli Nagar Panchayat;"

Respondent No.2 is therefore, directed to decide the Application dated 2nd August, 2018 filed by the Petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is SSP 1/2
