The petitioner by this petition prays that the proposal sent by the respondent no.6 - Educational Institution and the Head Master of respondent no.7 - Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak, be decided expeditiously.

Learned AGP submits that in respect of approval for appointment w.e.f. 23rd April 2009, the proposal dated 26th March 2025 which is at page 23 of the Rejoinder is submitted belatedly. 4.

In our opinion, these are the matters which can be considered by the Education Officer, Secondary School, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. The respondent no. 5 - Education Officer is directed to decide the proposal for approval dated 26th March 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If there are any deficiencies in the proposal, the Education Officer to give a reasonable time to the respondent - Management to cure the deficiencies. All contentions are kept open. 6.

The petition is disposed of.
