Heard Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel for applicants. 2.

In the order dated 25.09.2018, there is a typographical error in clauses (e) and (f) of paragraph 4 as also paragraph 5 in so far as the date of handing over possession of the suit premises is concerned. In view thereof, the date mentioned as '31st September, 2019' in clauses [e] and [f] of paragraph 4 as also in paragraph 5 of the order dated 25.09.2018 shall substituted by the date '30th September, 2019'. Order stands corrected accordingly. Rest of the order remains as it is.

By order dated 25.09.2018, C.R.As. were disposed of as not pressed subject to the applicants filing 1/2

CRA432_18.doc undertaking in terms of paragraph 4 of that order. 4.

Mr. Thorat submitted that accordingly applicants in both the Civil Revision Applications have filed undertakings dated 14.10.2018 in this Court. The same are taken on record and marked 'A colly.' for identification. He submits that the undertakings are filed in terms of paragraph 4 of the order dated 25.09.2018. Statement made by Mr. Thorat is accepted.

As the order is complied with no further orders are necessary. Order accordingly.
