This is an application for suspension of sentence and enlarging the Applicant on bail.

The Applicant was convicted by the learned Sessions Judge, Solapur in Sessions Case No.303 of 2014 vide judgment and order dated 18th January 2016 and sentenced to sufer imprisonment for life for ofence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The trial Court found the Applicant guilty of having committed murder of his wife. The evidence rests on the testimony of a child witness. Patil-SR 1 of

The Applicant is in custody for last more than 11 years. 5.

List the appeal for inal hearing on 2nd December 2025 at 4.00 p.m. when an endeavour will be made to decide the appeal. However, considering that Applicant is in custody for more than 11 years, we are inclined to suspend his sentence and release him on bail. 6.

Pending criminal appeal, the sentence imposed on Applicant - Balu Dada Jadhav in Sessions Case No. 303 of 2014 vide judgment and order dated 18th January 2016 is suspended and he is ordered to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of like amount. The Applicant shall report to the trial Court on the irst Monday of every month, commencing from November 2025. Applicant shall furnish his address and contact details to the trial Court. Applicant shall attend inal hearing of the appeal.
