Considering the period spent and considering that the transaction is old and now Respondent is not available, Company has decided to withdraw the Appeal. That is why report is sent by the Secretary, DLSA, Ratnagiri. I verified the report from Mr. Bhosale and representative of the Company. Presence of Respondent could not be secured.
