In view of the disposal Writ Petition No.4603 of 2018, whereby, the impugned order is set aside, this Petition does not survive and the same is disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the parties to apply for disposal of Revision Application in a time bound manner. If such application is made, the Tribunal will decide the same as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind that the proceedings are initiated in the year 1969. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
