The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order impugned in this Petition, they have filed an appeal on 2nd April, 2019 before the Principal Secretary, Vimuktha Jathi, Bhatkaya Jamati, other backward classes and Special Backward Classes Welfare Department, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai. He makes a grievance that the appeal has not been heard. The only grievance of the learned Counsel for petitioner is that appeal should be heard on merits. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and in the interest of justice to direct the Principal Secretary to the

The Petitioner to appear before the Principal Secretary on 13.05.2019, at 3.00 pm, so as to enable him to fix the further schedule of hearing.

Even the application for stay if moved before the Appellate Authority, the same shall be considered expeditiously. The Petition stands disposed of.
