The Applicant has sought pre-arrest bail mainly on the ground that the matter has been settled. I have perused the records. The Applicant is alleged to have committed offence under Section 307 of the IPC. The records prima facie reveal that the Applicant had inflicted blows of iron rod on the head of the First Informant. Considering the nature of injuries this Court had expressed that offence under Section 307 is prima facie made out and hence bail cannot be granted on the ground of settlement.
