The order dated 12th April, 2024 and the corrected order dated 14th May, 2024, have been passed by the Divisional Deputy Director (Education), Kolhapur Division. In view of the said orders, the Management was supposed to comply with the directions. We find it surprising that after the orders are passed, Respondent No.3 is sitting silent without ensuring that his orders are executed. 2.

In view of the above, considering that the same Authority has the powers under the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024, we direct Respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and ensure that the aforesaid orders are Gauri Gaekwad

4.WP-5794-2025.odt executed, if there is no other legal impediment. All stakeholders be given adequate opportunity while getting the said orders executed. 3.

Needless to state, if there is any delay on the part of Respondent No.3, we would keep the option open for initiating action under Section 10 of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005.

With the above directions, this Petition is disposed off. 5.
