We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner is reverted from the post. The Petitioner has filed an appeal against the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also submits that the Petitioner is also assailing the Order holding the Petitioner junior to Respondent No.6.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.6 submits that the Petitioner can raise all the ancillary issues in the appeal including that of seniority, because of which, the Petitioner is reverted. The Petitioner may raise all ancillary issues before the School Tribunal, where the appeal is already filed. In that event, all contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.
