The Petitioner has sought directions to the Respondent - State of Maharashtra to publish the result of the preliminary examination pursuant to the advertisement of the year 2017 to permit the Petitioner to appear for the main written examination.

The Petition is filed in the year 2019 and till date remained pending. There is no interim order. The selection process must have gone forward. Perhaps that is the reason none has appeared for the Petitioner even though the Board is notified in advance. Even otherwise, question would arise whether the Petition should have been filed in the akn 1/2
